My boys have been blessed with absolutely phenomenal teachers this year, so when I was thinking up ideas for Free Valentine Printables Week this week, I knew I couldn't leave them out! Though we are using these oh-so-easy Valentines as teacher gifts, they can really be used for anyone in your life who could use a little extra pick-me-up. 🙂

Here's what you'll need to make this gift:

- Cupcake Box (I found these at Michael's, and the ones that hold 4 cupcakes were the perfect size to hold the bowl I picked out.)
- Hershey's Hearts (or other heart shaped candy)
- Cute Bowl (I used this one.)
- Ribbon of Your Choice
- Printable Tag (provided below)
I first printed my tag on white card stock. You can snag it here:

Then I began the super simple process of assembling the gift!
1. I put together the cupcake box, leaving the cupcake insert out of it, and put the bowl inside instead.
2. I poured two bags of chocolate hearts into the bowl...
3. ...and closed up the box.
4. I tied a ribbon around the box.
5. Then I asked my son to list 10 things he loves about his teacher, wrote them on the tag, and had him sign it.
6. I slipped the tag under the ribbon, and we were done! I told you it was easy! (And cute too! 🙂 )
I know teachers don't often get to hear all of the amazing things our kiddos love about them, so I thought this Valentine's gift would be the perfect way to encourage them a bit and satisfy their sweet tooth at the same time!

This is such a cute idea - thank you!! I may have to think a little more about what to put in the box, since my daughter's teacher keeps a strict no-sugar diet, but I love this concept!!
Thanks so much, Amy! Glad it was helpful for you! 🙂

This is such a sweet idea! As a teacher myself, I don't want parents to feel obligated to giving elaborate gifts and this is perfect! Also, a heartfelt thank you is always enough! Thanks for all of your wonderful ideas!
