What should I get my significant other for Valentine's Day? That is always the question. This question is always especially tough for me because my hubby is an insanely good gifter. He always picks really cool gifts that the recipients never even knew that they really, really wanted. Because I thought it would be selfish to keep his amazing talents all to myself {and also because I needed some ideas of things he would like 😉 } I asked him to put together a little gift guide of things he would want to receive on Valentine's Day. I threw in some of my favorites for the ladies, and we're sharing all of them with you today!
We usually don't spend a ton of money on each other for VDay, so most of our gift ideas are pretty budget friendly, too. {We did have fun dreaming up a couple splurge items, though!} Check them out:

And Announcing... The Be Bold Challenge!
Before you run off and get shopping, I have some EXCITING news! During the month of February, I will be teaming up with some fabulous bloggers to bring you the Be Bold Challenge!
The idea for this challenge was dreamed up by Carrie of Lovely Etc. Carrie says:
"The Be Bold Challenge began because I was sick and tired of not trying new projects just because I was scared of failure. This year, my goal is to learn to fail. To learn that it is really okay to try for something awesome and end up with something awful. It is easy to make sure you never, ever fail at anything. But when you do that, you miss out on pretty much everything great. I’m done with mediocre. I’m ready for lots of awesome.I decided it was time to change things and invited some other bloggers to be bold with me."
So the challenge is this: Do a DIY project that is a bit of a risk-- use a new power tool, try a color you usually avoid, do something you’ve never seen anyone else do, or just try something you’re not entirely sure will work.
We are each working on bold projects in our own homes, but we also want to invite all of our readers to join in. We will be hosting a link up to share your bold projects on February 24th. Projects linked up will be linked on eleven blogs:
Fun, right?! So start thinking of ways you want to be BOLD in February, and we'll see you on February 24th!
Do you and your significant other exchange gifts for Valentine's Day? What would you like to give or get this year?
I link up at Home Stories A to Z, Inspire Me Please, and these fun parties!
