Free Printable 2017 Calendar

Monthly calendar printables are one of my favorite organization tools because they can serve so many different purposes! I can use them to…

  • List appointments, meetings, and commitments for each month.
  • Keep track of children’s school events, activities, practices, and special days.
  • Set deadlines and plan details of short & long-term projects.
  • Keep track of workouts.
  • Keep track of a habit that I’m trying to establish.
  • Keep a food log.
  • Keep track of medications that need to be taken.
  • Write down a favorite moment from each day of the year.
  • Track a baby or child’s milestones.
  • Make a reading plan or track how many minutes I’ve read each day.
  • Make an “acts of kindness” calendar.
  • Make a schedule for all of the projects we want to complete in our home this year.
  • Count down to an important event.

And that’s just the beginning! The possibilities are endless!

I know I’m much more likely to follow through if I have a written plan, so calendars like this one keep me on track, help me reach my goals, and make sure I never miss an appointment. (Not that I’m forgetful or anything… 😉 ) I hope it will be helpful for you as well!

These calendars are so pretty! Do you find that you need multiple calendars for each month? With a family of 6 we use a big dry erase wall calendar to keep track of everything we have going on. We have tried using 8 1/2 x 11 sized paper and we always run out of space. Even with abbreviations I can’t fit everything in the little squares. Maybe I should just write smaller. What I have learned is that keeping a calendar is a must with kids. I used to just remember everything, but with 4 kids that method no longer works! Thanks for providing pretty options!

Hi, Emily! This seems to work for me because I also break down my tasks daily using the weekly calendars in Simplify. This really just gives me a quick glance of the month! Totally agree, calendars are SO necessary with kiddos! Happy Friday!

Thanks for this great calendar. Is there any way it can be downloaded in a way that allows you to add birthdays, etc., before printing out copies to in-laws and children?

Thanks Abby! Your calendars are perfect for everything! I use them in my personal and business life. I also print them for my 14 year old son to use (in black & white)! I add the calendar to your planner and it keeps him on track during the school year! Thanks again!

can this be printed as a “junior size” if i g into my settings and just adjust it or will it mess up the formatting?

I don’t believe this will print as a junior size. We offer our Simplify printables and Planner in half sheets but that is probably the closest. You can find them here: https://justagirlandherblog.com/organize, Thanks!

The 2017 calendars are so gorgeous. It almost makes me want to skip ahead to January.

How do you pick the colors to go together? I seem to never quite get it right. And these bright colors are so vibrant and fun!

Thank you for the printable calendar. I like the touch of color, but still having large boxes for the days to fill with info. I printed it for the office, I am the receptionist, and keep track of several items, so need plenty of space. It is just great!

Abby, I just want to thank you for a little but very important feature in your calendars: Starting the week on Sunday. I have looked all over and soooo many calendars and planners now lump the weekend together (often with smaller blocks) and start the week on Monday. As a born-again Christian, it’s important to me to start my week with the Lord’s Day (Sunday); and as a pastor, I also need as much space (if not more) on Sunday as other days of the week.

Thank-you for covering both of these features on your 2017 calendars!

    (Love the colours, too!).
