April calendar pages can help you organize your month, make the most of your time, plan upcoming events, and more! Grab these free April printable calendars and get planning!
I really, really love monthly calendars. Like, a LOT! They are the number one tool I use to help me stay on track, work toward goals, and remember everything I need to do!
Here is just a handful of the ways that monthly calendar printables can be useful:
- listing appointments, meetings, and commitments for each month
- keeping track of children’s school events, activities, practices, and special days
- setting deadlines and planning details of short & long-term projects
- keeping track of workouts
- keeping track of a habit that I’m trying to establish
- writing a food log
- keeping track of medications that need to be taken
- writing down a favorite moment from each day of the year
- tracking a baby or child’s milestones
- making a reading plan or tracking how many minutes I’ve read each day
- creating an “acts of kindness” calendar
- making a schedule for all of the projects we want to complete in our home this year
- counting down to an important event
- managing my blog’s editorial calendar
- adding a calendar to your journal or notebook
Even though COVID-19 has us all staying home more lately, I’ve still been using monthly printables to map out a plan for the things I want to accomplish around my house– organizing, working out, school assignments for the boys, and more.
Since these calendar printables are so helpful for me, I figured that others would get good use out of them as well, so each month I share a set of free printable calendars so that we all have the tools we need to get organized and stay on track.
It’s hard to believe that April is almost here, but it’s true! Time to grab these April calendar printables and get planning!
[If you’re looking for the whole year’s worth of calendars, I have a bunch of different free calendar printables for the entire year here.]

Dated April 2020 Calendar Pages
Horizontal, Sunday Start (April 2020)
This is probably the calendar I grab most often in my planning! I love the classic horizontal layout, and here in the United States, we usually consider Sunday the first day of the week.
This calendar is perfect for organizing all of your spring plans! Grab it below!
Vertical, Sunday Start (April 2020)
I’ll often reach for a vertical version of the calendar if I’m going to using 3-ring binder to hold it so that I don’t have to be turning the binder back and forth constantly! (That gets old quickly, right??)
Vertical calendars are also great if you make a lot of lists or just have a lot of items on your schedule each day due to the longer shape of the boxes.
Horizontal, Monday Start (April 2020)
It seems like a Monday start to the week is most common just about everywhere outside of the US, so I wanted to be sure I offered an April calendar for our international readers too!
Monday start calendars are also helpful if you’re on a school schedule or planning for the traditional Monday-Friday work week. You can plan out school projects, work events, collaborations, and more.
Vertical, Monday Start (April 2020)
If you like the look of a vertical calendar and your week starts on Monday, this calendar is for you!
I’m always amazed at how much more I accomplish when I write down my tasks, and this April calendar is perfect for just that. Snap it into your 3-ring binder and get planning!
