3 Creative Gifts Under $10 (with FREE printable gift tags!)

3 Creative Gifts Under $10 by Just a Girl and Her Blog

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE giving gifts and letting people in my life know that I appreciate them!

At this time of year, though, gifting purchases start to add up quickly, so I’ve put together three simple gifts that are big on creativity but small on price. I’m even giving you some FREE printable gift tags in case you want to give these gifts yourself– so easy!

“Eat, Drink & Be Merry” Mug

[See all 50+ free printables we offer on the blog in our library of free printables!]

3 Creative Gifts Under $10 by Just a Girl and Her Blog

I purchased…

  • Mugs from Target Dollar Spot- $3
  • Bag of Hershey’s Kisses- $3 (1/2 bag for each mug, so $1.50 added to the total)
  • Starbuck Gift Cards- $5 each

I already owned…

  • Elastic (string or ribbon would work too)
  • Scalloped Scissors
  • Hole Punch
  • Printable

Total cost per gift: $9.50

I simply put 1/2 of the Hershey’s Kisses in each mug along with the gift card, cut out the tags with my scalloped scissors, punched a hole, and used the elastic to attach the tag. It’s a cinch!

“For Your Mistle-Toes” Pedicure Kit

3 Creative Gifts Under $10 by Just a Girl and Her Blog

I purchased…

  • Nail Polish- $4 each (so $8 per gift)
  • Mini Manicure Kit- $1 at Target Dollar Spot
  • Toe Separators- $1

I already owned…

  • Clear Cellophane Bags (available at most dollar stores)
  • Stapler (not pictured)
  • Free Printable

Total cost per gift: $10

I put all of my items neatly in the bag, folded each little printable tag in half, and stapled it to the top of the bag. These printables will fit the Avery Postcards templates (Amazon affiliate link), but they could easily be printed on regular card stock and cut out, too. Also, I realized the word “Mistle-toes” was really light when I printed mine, so I darkened it on the printable version.

I purchased…

  • Heart-Shaped Cookie Cutters from Target Dollar Spot {I would like to take this time to sincerely apologize to everyone in Pittsburgh who visited my Target’s Dollar Spot after I did. There was nothing left. Try back next week. :-D} – $1 each

I already owned…

  • Clear Cellophane Bags
  • Stapler
  • Copies of My Favorite Cookie Recipe
  • Free Printable

Total cost per gift: $1 (!)

Sometimes you have people who not only do hard work, they do heart work. Those people deserve a little big something, and though I wish I could buy them all a new car to thank them for all they do, I happen to know a lot of people that fit this category, and hubby said dozens of new cars were not in the Christmas budget this year. Bah-humbug. 😉

Dollar Spot to the rescue again! These fun tags can also be printed on the Avery Postcards templates (Amazon affiliate link) or regular old card stock. Just fill your bag with a cookie cutter set and your favorite cookie recipe, attach the tag to the top with the stapler, and you’re good to go!
