I can’t believe I’m writing the “best of” post already! {If you’re interested in seeing past years’ best of posts, you can see 2014 and 2013 respectively. 🙂 } 2015 absolutely flew by! This has been a year full of big changes, the biggest of which being Donnie joining the team full time in late January.

Honestly, we weren’t sure if the full time blogging thing was going to work out or not, but it ended up far surpassing our expectations and we are so thrilled to still be working on the blog together almost a full year later!

I thought that today we’d take a trip down memory lane and look at some of the posts you loved most (based on pageviews) in 2015. Here we go!

January

Not surprisingly, many of my top posts from the year happened in January. Not only did they have the most time to amass pageviews, but January is typically the month that everyone gets most excited about organization, and it certainly showed through in the top posts!

The #1 post of 2015 ended up being 5 Reasons You’re Failing at Organization. I was actually a little nervous to publish this one because I thought, “What if I’m the only one who struggles with these things?!” It turns out that I’m not alone– this post has been pinned over 25,000 times!

How to Set Goals that You’ll Actually Accomplish

And our landing page for Simplify: 25+ Printables to Help You Organize Your Life (which is re-launching with a new design on January 11th!) was actually in our top 10 as well, coming in at #7 for the year!

February

Organization continued to be a popular theme in February (and throughout the rest of the year, as you’ll see!), and this time it was organizing the kids’ stuff! Top posts from February included…

and How to Organize Kids’ School Papers

March

March brought two more popular organizing posts– How to Organize a Small Closet and 5 Ways to Maximize Space in a Shared Kids’ Room.

They were joined by the very first blogging post to make the “best of” list! I guess people really are interested in learning how to make money from this whole blogging thing! 😉

May

May was the month of KonMari, and my posts on using the KonMari Method for organizing clothes and organizing books both made the list of top posts for the year. You guys must really love to organize!

After that, I was so exhausted that I took some time off and had some fabulous guest posters take over for about a month! (Okay, we were traveling too! 😉 )

July

July brought a reunion with my bloggy besties at the Haven Conference in Atlanta, Georgia…

and jumping into a full fledged kitchen renovation, which would become our main focus for the next few months!

August

Speaking of the kitchen renovation, our post on How to Install IKEA SEKTION Cabinets ended up being one of the top posts of the year!

I also did a little productivity series in October, and two of the posts became some of the top viewed of the year: How I Crush My Biggest Goals and 10 Simple Ways to Be More Productive Today.

November

It’s hard to tell which posts from the past few months will be the most popular since they haven’t been around for very long yet, but I was so excited that November brought the launch of my 2016 Intentional Life Planner! {Be sure to pop over and check it out if you don’t have a planner for the new year yet!}

Christmas posts start taking over near the end of November, and our Christmas tree this year was one of my favorites!

December

And finally, December! I just posted my free printable 2016 Budget Binder a few weeks ago, but so many of you have already snagged your copy!

Whew! It was a crazy busy year, but it was a blast! I feel so blessed that you all joined me for this wild ride, and I hope you will stick around to see what is to come in 2016!

  11. I stumbled upon your blog (can’t remember how) a couple of days ago and have already been so blessed by it. (sorry for the preposition)
I just wanted to send you a little note to encourage you that your blog does touch lives and, I believe, partly a God thing. I had been toying with the idea of goals, priorities, a life with more purpose, just plain old “better” for my family and I. Stumbling into your blog has reassured me that is was God whispering (yelling)…..Thanks!
