Free Travel Plans Printable

Use this free travel plans printable to help you stay organized on your next trip! Organize your to-do list and your itinerary, and make sure you don’t forget a thing!

Free Travel Plans Printable

You guys, I’m posting about travel… do you know what that means?! Summer must be right around the corner! Yay!

Granted, we did have snow this weekend here in Pittsburgh, but even so, vacation time will be here before we know it. So I wanted to make sure we could all be prepared and organized with a free travel plans printable — yippee!

There are so many details to keep in mind while traveling that I thought that it would be helpful to have a sheet to store them all!

Free Travel Printable

This printable is super simple. It has room to list lodging and flight/travel information at the top. Then you can make lists of things you want to do, eat (because clearly food is a priority around here 😉 ) and buy when you’re on your trip.

Finally, there is a schedule at the bottom of the page where you can fill in allllllllll of your daily plans and activities so that you can fit everything in. (For a planner like myself, having everything all time blocked and ready to go makes me giddy!!)

If you’re going to be traveling for more than a week (you lucky duck!), feel free to print more than one sheet and fill in additional information on the second one.

Organized Packing List Printable

Packing for a trip involves a lot of details, and we want to make sure we don’t forget anything! Our free printable packing list can help with that.

Free Printable Packing List with Two Options

Our packing list printable has two options– a pre-filled option and a blank option– so you can choose the one that works best for you. Both versions are neatly divided into 6 categorized sections so your packing list stays tidy and easy to navigate.

Grab both versions of the free printable packing list here.

Our Favorite Road Trip Game for Kids

Whenever my boys were very little, I started this simple game with them. They are teenagers now and STILL ask me to do it for every road trip we take!

I print these cute banners and write 5-6 cities that we’ll pass through on the way to our destination. Then I hang them up in the car. Whenever we get to one of the cities, they take down that banner flag, and I have a small gift for them to open.

Road Trip Banner with Wrapped Gifts

This keeps gives them something to look forward to at several points along the way. And they can gauge how far along we are on the trip by looking at how many flags are left.

You can snag both a beach version and a mountain version of the printable banners here.

I love these! I think it depends on the trip I’m going on. If I’ve invested a lot of money to go someplace really cool, I want to optimize my time and money to get the absolute most out of the trip. I’ll even plan out the route between attractions to minimize the time it takes to get places so there’s time to do MORE! 🙂

I used to wing my trips and packing, but now that we have many more people to pack for and be responsible for it is great to have a printable like yours to use.

That way when you are able to check things off the list you know without a doubt you packed them! This is great for families to use…thank you for sharing!

  5. I love it. Just used the packing list for my current vacation. But I love the planner. I usually plan my days in and Excel sheet but then forget to print it. This is so much cuter and easier! Thanks.

  6. Do you have one for sending a freshman off to college?

Brilliant – we’re heading down to Queenstown, NZ, our old home, for a week in May and with so many people to catch up with and plenty to do (and a rental car for only 2 days) we really need to plan our time carefully. I’ll use the packing list printable too – only I’ll change out the flip-flops for thermals 😉

  8. This is such a great find. The travel plans printable is so useful! Thanks for offering this.
